Mentoring to build a bespoke highly sensitive roadmap for your life

Living in a loud, harsh world that’s not set up for highly sensitive people takes a toll. Get support to learn what your sensitive system needs to thrive and step into the driver’s seat of your own life.

Discovering you’re a highly sensitive person is a relief, but it can be overwhelming to look back at decades of your life through a new lens and realize your choices have been dictated by a societal roadmap built for a world that we HSPs find too loud, too bright, too unkind, and just too much. Following it leads to myriad problems, including chronic overstimulation and overwhelm, depression, fatigue, trouble maintaining relationships, and surviving instead of really living.

You know you need to make changes in your life to feel better, but you have no idea where to start.

Discovering you’re an HSP is a relief, but it can also be overwhelming.

It’s time to stop following the rules of the road set by non-HSPs, learn to access and trust your inner compass that knows what your unique sensitive body and soul need, and create your own customized roadmap that leads to a calm, rich, fulfilling life.

Get 1:1 support from an HSP who’s been there.

Hi. I’m Deb Siegel, your HSP mentor and guide.

My story will probably sound familiar. I learned at a young age that my sensitivity was something to be ashamed of, so I wore a mask to stay safe, buried my sensitivity, and banished my inner voice. For decades I followed a roadmap that had no regard for my sensitivity. I lived in noisy apartments in New York City, rode the subway every day to an open office for a “good” job I had no passion for… It was a hard life of chronic depression and sensory overload, but I accepted it as normal. I was in survival mode 24/7 and had no goals for my future.

Discovering I’m an HSP five years ago was a game changer. Since then, I’ve dedicated myself to understanding my sensitivity, taking the mask off, and building a life roadmap to follow that puts my unique sensitivities at the forefront. I’ve made changes that once seemed impossible. I’ve accepted my sensitivity, love myself, and embrace my sensitive gifts. I am proof that it is never too late.

My purpose is to use my lived experience and highly sensitive superpowers of intuition and insight to help HSPs build their own roadmaps and step into the driver’s seat of their lives, perhaps for the first time. In all honesty, it’s not easy. It’s very vulnerable to talk about our sensitivity and set boundaries with people in our lives because it forces us to reveal the part of ourselves we were shamed for. But I can tell you from personal experience that the joy and calm on the other side is beyond worth it. I would be honored to support you in getting there.
